2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the Galleroo service you fully accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

Galleroo is a platform that allows professional photographers to create professional photo galleries by connecting their Google Drive folders. Galleries are shared with clients via a unique link and optionally protected with a password. The service operates exclusively as a presentation medium, Galleroo does not store your photos.

4. Registration and Account

Access to the service is via Google account login (Google OAuth). Upon login, Galleroo receives exclusively read-only access to your Google Drive files.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any activity that takes place through it on the platform.

5. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the service exclusively for lawful purposes
• Not post illegal, offensive, or immoral content
• Not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Have obtained consent from persons depicted in photos where required
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts

6. Content Ownership

You remain the exclusive owner of your photos and content. Galleroo claims no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us only the technical license to display your photos to your clients through the service.

7. Payments and Subscription

Use of Galleroo requires an annual subscription. Prices are listed on the pricing page and include applicable taxes where stated.

This is a one-time annual payment. Access does NOT renew automatically and no recurring charge is made to your card. Your access stays active for 12 months from the date of payment; after it expires you can pay again if you wish to continue.

8. Service Availability

We make every effort to keep the service running continuously. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Galleroo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid during the last subscription year.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the provider's jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be subject to the corresponding competent courts.
